Pascual, a Spanish dairy company founded in 1969 by Tomás Pascual set up a brand (Vivesoy) in 2002, a time when an increasingly notable group of consumers demanded an alternative to dairy drinks. The company mostly relies on local farmers as suppliers. Now, a healthy alternative product (Bebida de Avena Barista 100% Cultivo Local) containing alpha-cyclodextrin was launched wherein the cyclodextrin is used as stabilizer for the emulsion.

Water, oats (12%), sunflower oil, alpha-cyclodextrin, fiber, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, stabilizer (gellan gum, dipotassium phosphate), aroma, salt and vitamin D, B12.
