Sausage with BCD as stabilizer

Sausage (Chorizo Bratwurst) produced by Biella company (Armenia) contains BCD as stabilizer.

The whole list of ingredients:

chicken breast, ham, pork, drinking water, salt mixture (salt, sodium nitrite) , sugar, vegetable oil, spice extract: chili, pepper, mustard, celery, garlic, coriander, nutmeg, onion, thickener: carrageenan, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, acidity regulators: dietary phosphates, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, stabilizer: beta-cyclodextrin, preservative: sodium acetate. The company uses milk powder, mustard, eggs, flour, soy.
