The 2020 International Chemical Congress of Pacific Basin Societies (PAC CHEM™) was reschyeduled due to the pandemic and will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, December 16-21, 2021. Pacifichem 2020 will be the eighth in the series of successful cosponsored scientific conferences of Pacific Basin Chemical Societies.  Founded in 1984, these conferences have been held in Honolulu, Hawaii about every five years.

This time a symposium/session will be dedicated to cyclodextrin research with the title Innovation of Nanomaterials Based on Cyclodextrins. This symposium will be organized by Arima, Hidetoshi, Takahasi, Keiko, Tate, Jeffrey, Li, Jun, Yang, Cheng and Easton, Chris.

This symposium will focus on the nanomaterial cyclodextrins, and discuss the recent progress in cyclodextrin sciences based on (1) material science and engineering, (2) pharmaceutical and medical sciences, (3) biomolecular science, (4) food science, and (5) industrial applications in nanotechnology.
