Covering soy polysaccharides gel on the surface of β-cyclodextrin-based metal–organic frameworks
In this study, β-cyclodextrin-based metal–organic frameworks (β-CDMOFs) were successfully prepared using alkaline potassium ions through a hydrothermal method. Based on post-synthesis
