10th Asian Cyclodextrin Conference (ACC2019)

The 10th Asian Cyclodextrin Conference (ACC2019) to be held during 29th Aug – 1st Sep 2019, in Chengdu, China is organized by Prof. Cheng Yang, College of chemistry, Sichuan University.

Asian Cyclodextrin Conference has been held every two years in the Asian and Oceanian country region since 2002. The first Asian Cyclodextrin Conference was organized by the Society of Cyclodextrins of Japan and was held in Chiba, Japan.

Asian Cyclodextrin Conference aims to bring the scientists together from around the world, especially in the Asian and Oceanian region, who working in various aspects of cyclodextrins, to exchange their ideas and experiences. ACC2019 also planned a series of incentive means to encourage the Ph.D. students and early-career scientists to attend the conference, and they will have chances to win one of the prestigious poster awards supported by the Nagai Foundation of Japan.

Chengdu is the capital city of Sichuan province located in the southwest part of China, it is most famous as the hometown of pandas. Chengdu is a city with a long history and is known as “Land of Abundance”, it has been the political, economic, cultural center of southwest China since ancient times, and had been the capital of seven dynasties in China’s history.
